When the effective travel is too large, resonance may occur, and the maximum speed should be relatively reduced as the travel increases.
5. Lubrication and maintenance of sliding table: 1. Lubrication is very necessary when using a linear module sliding table. If there is not sufficient lubrication, the frictional resistance during operation will increase, which may become the main reason for shortening the product life. Lubrication methods can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication, and appropriate choices can be made according to the system's operating speed, usage environment, and other requirements. 2.
